Opened in March 2015, our home is privately owned by Belinda Brice. Kumeu Village consists of both a committed and experienced team of managers, nurses, care partners, lifestyle staff, cooks, and administrators to ensure every day is enriching, safe, and comfortable.

Our team of managers are available around the clock to answer queries or offer help. We pride ourselves on having an open-door policy for residents, families, and staff.

Co - Owner

Belinda is responsible for the continuing health of the Kumeu Village Families Business, ensuring our organisation's key objectives are met and our core philosophies are adhered to.

Operations Manager

Georgia plays a crucial role in ensuring that the home and its operations run smoothly. Having been with us since the doors first opened in 2015, she is an integral part of our home's success and daily operations

Director HR, Marketing & IT Manager

Cleon brings over 20 years in the Corporate Merchant and Private Investment Banking and Property industry both with Management and HR experience.

Geneal Manager

With a passion for people and process and an extensive and successful career, Bryce has proven results leading, developing, and improving business performance.

GEMAME MEDINA

Clinical Manager

Gem brings a wealth of Clinical experience with her and is driven to provide the best level of cares and experience for all. Her valued experience and bubbly personality are an asset to the team.

DEBBIE McCUSKER

Director of Nursing

Responsible for ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes for our Residents. Working closely with the clinical team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislations are met.

KARLA CADANO

RN / House Manager

Karla brings a wealth of clinical experience and having initially started on site at Kumeu Village is now onsite full time at our beautiful Ladybug home for ladies only.

DR NATHAN JOSEPH

General Practitioner

Doctor Joseph is our in-house doctor and, with the assistance of the clinical team, his first concern is for the health and wellbeing of our residents. New residents are also more than welcome to keep seeing their usual doctor - just ask us how.
