Pricing
The base cost per week for a permanent private paying Resident is $1,090.04 ($155.72 per day) including GST.
If you meet Asset Testing Threshold, the bulk of your fee may be covered by the District Health Board.
We carry a premium charge for our rooms on top of the base fee, due to the size and access of these rooms, the food services we offer and our staffing ratios. Please contact us for more information about this charge.
